Amelia & maestro
I had the wonderful pleasure of photographing Amelia and Maestro back in October. This gorgeous boy is a 12 year old Fell pony, and is quite possible the cutest thing I’ve ever seen.
Amelia explained how she came to own Maestro -
“I got Maestro from QLD when he was 4. I was recovering from a major spinal surgery and was looking for a ‘safe’ horse. We have now been working together for about 7 years, I wouldn’t change him for the world.”
Upon asking Amelia what some of her biggest achievements have been with Maestro, she told me that the first garland with Maestro was a huge moment for her. However she went on to tell me this;
“All of the hard times we went through in the start of our journey have made every new memory we have together so special so I couldn’t possibly pick one!”
Amelia on explaining what she enjoyed most about her session -
“Just the vibe! Was so nice and refreshing to be hyped up like that. Not something you come across often in the horse community.”
