2021, done and dusted

2021 Favourites

Boy oh boy, another year down. As we all settle into the absurdity we call modern life, I think it’s only fair to reflect (and try to be positive about it), right? Much like the contents of my 2020 blog, this past year was once again a lot of things to a lot of people. For me personally, juggling a new full time job and the absolute explosion of my photography business was both crazy exhausting, but incredibly rewarding.

As such in 2021 I hit the ground running for my busiest year ever.

40+ sessions

50,000+ images taken

3,000+ KM’s driven

Increasing physical artwork sales by 400%

The creation of a charity calendar for the riding for the disabled group

Commercial magazine work

Doubling my client base

A shiny new MacBook

The purchase of my dream camera, the Nikon D850 (swoon)

It took me all over this great state, and I enjoyed every minute of it. For that I am truly so thankful. My clients are simply second to none, each one such a delight to work with. I genuinely treasure each new person (and pony) I get the pleasure to meet. Every new opportunity only serves to better my craft and in turn, better the quality of work I give back, it’s so damn magical.

I am so blessed. And I can’t thank you enough for your continued support of my small business.

Over the next several weeks I will be sharing more about what 2022 has in store for me, bloopers of 2021, and more unposted blog sessions from 2021. For now, enjoy some of my favourite images from the past year.
